BILLINGS WRESTLING SCHOLARSHIP The Billings Scholarship (named after Mid-Atlantic MIDN Billings) an annual monetary award given to a senior wrestler from the District of Columbia. This scholarship is to help facilitate the award winners education or vocational training. The Billings Scholarship is presented at the DC Classic each year to a senior wrestler who is considered by coaches and peers as an overachiever in life rather than in wrestling. The pizza party on 24 April was successful. 23 pizza's and 9 liters of soda were consumed by about 50 Mid-Atlantic Midshipmen. Carol Guest left several dozen of her homemade cookies from the afternoon Cookie Cafe and they were enjoyed by all! Music on video by: M/N 1C, Tyler Hathcote.
WELCOME ABOARD CLASS OF 2013 The Candidates and their families had a chance to meet with other families and Midshipmen at an informal Picnic at the Coast Guard TISCOM in Alexandria, Virginia on 6 May 2009. Below is a short video of some of the happenings.
